I would like to recommend Mr Cerbone as a lawyer to go to if you need help. He is a kind man who listens to you and explains everything to you so you understand it. He also has a great staff, Cindy Dunkin does all the paperwork and is very pleasant.

Upon finding James and having a phone consult he was like talking to a family member about your situation and getting honest advice. He made me feel like we were his top priority , and said we can call him anytime if have questions and gave his personal cell. When we met Cindy in office she is a friendly sweet down to earth kind of professional who cares about you to make sure you understand what the steps are. Danielle which is James secretary is wonderful in her communication and kind person who is available for any help you need. If going through bankruptcy Cerbone law firm is who i would recommend to guide you through and be there qhen you need them. Even though i never met James in person he was available by phone and calls you back if have to leave a message. I Also want to add that even after we were declared cleared i had an issue with a creditor , and called to ask a question. I was told not a problem we can call anytime and they would advise .
